Colleen McEvoy, MD is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis, as well as Director of Stem Cell Transplant and Oncology ICU at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Associated Director of Pulmonary Hypertension Center. She received her medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine, followed by an internship and residency in internal medicine at Northwestern University. After completing her Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine, she joined the faculty there in 2014. Her clinical interests include critically ill oncology patients and associated complications with a special interest in CAR T cell complications and the outpatient management of pulmonary graft versus host disease. Dr. McEvoy’s ongoing research focuses on pulmonary vascular disease, and she manages the treatment of medically complicated patients through Washington University’s Pulmonary Vascular Disease Clinic, which is accredited as a Center of Comprehensive Care by the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA).
