Kshama Daphtary, MD, MBI, FAAP, is a staff physician in the division of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Childrens, and Clinical Assistant Professor in the department of Pediatrics at Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University.
Dr. Daphtary is the Director of Pediatric Fellowship Programs,and the Lead of the Peds EMR Steering Committee at Cleveland Clinic. She is also the Director, Learning from Excellence and PCCM Grand Rounds. She has previously served as the Program Director of the Pediatric Critical Care Medicine fellowship program, Quality Officer of the PICU, and Leader of the Pediatric Section of the Center for the End of Life at Cleveland Clinic.
She is a member-at-large of the executive board of the Ohio, SCCM Chapter, a member of the Pediatric MCCR Committee, and a member of the PREP ICU Committee.
