Dr. Lee will discuss his experience establishing a humanitarian aid organization how it used telemedicine to support the Ukrainian health system during the Russian invasion.  He will highlight the effectiveness of low technology, highly flexibly communication solutions for enhancing care delivery.  He will also discuss the many challenges experienced and the solutions discovered.
