Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) has multiple impacts on pharmacokinetics, from the impact of dialysis itself, adsorption to tubing, and alterations in the patient volume of distribution. In this session, we will review those impacts and the considerations that critical care clinicians need to make in selecting optimum pharmacotherapy for patients requiring CRRT.
