Institutions have been making the switch from Alteplase to Tenecteplase for stroke for numerous reasons including cost, ease of preparation and administration. This change requires numerous considerations including getting buy in from providers, making the formulary change, and educating nurses and providers on administration and dosing. This session will focus on the logistical issues to consider when making the transition from Alteplase to Tenecteplase.
