Lakshmi Sridharan, MD, FACC

Dr. Sridharan is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Cardiology at Emory University, specializing in advanced heart failure and transplantation. She is the medical director of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Emory University Hospital and the medical director of the cardiogenic shock team. Dr. Sridharan also leads the heart transplant desensitization program at Emory. Her interests are in cardiac critical care, the hemodynamics of mechanical support, complex cardiovascular care delivery and process improvement in transplantation.
