Jennifer Freeman, MD, FACS is an Assistant Professor at Texas Christian University and University of North Texas Health Science Center School of Medicine as well as Adjunct Professor for Texas A&M School of Medicine. She received a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Texas at Austin, followed by her M.D. from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2008. She completed her internship and two additional years of General Surgery residency at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas. She then completed two years of TPN research at the University of Michigan. She completed her General Surgery residency at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA, in 2016 and Surgical Critical Care Fellowship at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, TN, in 2017. Dr. Freeman is board certified in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care.
