Robert B. Lindell, MD is an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology and Critical Care and Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and an attending physician in the pediatric intensive care unit at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
The broad goal of Dr. Lindell's research program is to define mechanisms of immune dysfunction in critically ill children which may be targetable through precision immunomodulation. His current NIH-funded translational research is focused on identifying "treatable traits" in pediatric sepsis patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) using high-dimensional cellular and molecular assays.
