Tasmia Rezwan, MD is a pediatric intensivist at Good Samaritan University Hospital in Long Island, NY.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology at University of Rochester in 2011, Dr Rezwan held a full time position as a research assistant at University of Maryalnd Center for Vaccine Development. Her work during this time produced publications on B cell modulation of mucosal T cell response. Dr. Rezwan then earned her Doctorate of Medicine from University of Maryland in 2017 and began her post gradate training as a pediatric resident at Stony Brook University from 2017 to 2020. She completed her pediatric critical care medicine fellowship at Children's Hospital at Montefiore in 2023.
Dr. Rezwan is board certified in general pediatrics and board eligible for pediatric critical care medicine. She is a member of American Academy of Pediatrics and Society of Critical Care Medicine.
