Andrew Miller MSc RRT-ACCS, RRT-NPS FAARC is the Associate Director of Respiratory Care Research for the Division of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine and a Respiratory Therapist and ECMO specialist at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC. He is an active member of the Pediatrics, Respiratory Care, Research sections of SCCM and a member of the Board of Directors for the Carolina/Virginias Chapter of SCCM. He currently serves as co-chair of the research subcommittee for the Respiratory Care Section. He is also a committee member for the Clinical Research and Epidemiology subcommittee of the Research section, and a member of the research committee of the Carolina/Virginia Chapter of SCCM. He has published on a variety of critical care and emergency medicine topics including airway management, mechanical ventilation, high-flow nasal cannula, noinvasive ventilation, critical asthma, and burnout.
