Dr. Joseph J. Knadler, MD is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Critical Care Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Texas. He completed his medical school training at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee, before completing a pediatrics residency at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. He served as a pediatrics chief resident at Cincinnati Children's Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. He then completed pediatric cardiology fellowship and a second fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Texas. He is board certified in general pediatrics, pediatric cardiology, and pediatric critical care medicine. His clinical time is spent predominantly in the pediatric cardiac intensive care unit at Texas Children's Hospital. He has a particular interest in medical education and serves in educational roles in the pediatric cardiology fellowship program, the pediatric critical care medicine fellowship program, as well as the advanced fellowship training program in pediatric cardiac critical care medicine.
