PCCM Fellow
Mayo Clinic
I’m Jingjing Chen, MBBS, MPH, a first-year pulmonary-critical care fellow at Mayo Clinic, Arizona. My academic foundation was established at Xiangya Medical School in China, where I honed my skills before embarking on a Gyn/Onc residency at the Hunan Provincial Tumor Hospital, China. Further, I pursued a Master of Public Health at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, broadening my perspective and deepening my commitment to healthcare. My internal medicine residency training was completed at MedStar Health Baltimore, where I served as a 4th year Chief Resident. My research journey encompasses clinical and epidemiological investigations on pulmonary critical care, thoracic malignancy, and patient safety. Notably, I was honored as the first-place winner of the research oral presentation at the ACP Maryland Chapter in 2021. Over the past few months as a fresh PCCM fellow, I have opportunities to present a case report in ECMO conference and actively participated in research projects focusing on navigational bronchoscopy and pulmonary vasculitis. These experiences have enriched my understanding of pulmonary critical care and strengthened my commitment to advancing the field through innovative research and clinical excellence. I am eager to contribute my unique insights and collaborative spirit to the critical care community at the upcoming conference, fostering an environment of knowledge exchange and professional growth.
