Franklin Huggins, Pharm.D., BCPPS, BCCCP is Associate Professor of Clinical Pharmacy at West Virginia University and Paediatric Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for CAMC Women and Children’s Hospital in Charleston, West Virginia where he provides clinical pharmacy services in the pediatric ICU. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University and earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Utah. Dr. Huggins is board certified in critical care and pediatric pharmacotherapy.
