Khalil Yousef has a current appointment as an Associate Professor at the University of Wollongong in Dubai (School of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Health). Dr. Yousef received his PhD from the University of Pittsburgh, where he was trained in critical care research at the school of Medicine and Nursing. His research focuses on noninvasive hemodynamic monitoring and complications after subarachnoid hemorrhage. He published several papers in specialized journals such as Neurocritical Care and Journal of Neuroscience Nursing. His research and teaching career is driven by his passion toward critically ill patients and the desire to make a difference in the lives of those patients. Dr. Yousef has been a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine and the Neurocritical Care Society more than 10 years, he had several presentations and received several awards.
