Total direct cost: Year 1: $30K plus $10K for Core Facilities.
2. NIAAA (NIH) R21: Role: Principal investigator 09/01/2013 to 06/30/2015.
Grant entitled: RIP3 mediated necroptosis during ethanol-induced liver injury, awarded by NIAAA/NIH. The contribution of RIP3-mediated necroptosis during progression of ethanol-induced liver injury will be investigated utilizing mouse model of ethanol-induced steatohepatitis or hepatocyte cell culture system. Studies using human subjects are not proposed in this grant.

3. ABMRF research grant: Role: Principal investigator 07/01/2011 to 06/30/2013.
Grant entitled: RIP3 mediated necroptosis during ethanol-induced liver injury, awarded by ABMRF/The Foundation for Alcohol Research. All the experiments, proposed in this grant, will be done using mouse models of ethanol-induced steatohepatitis or hepatocyte cell culture models.
