Orbital ultrasound for optic nerve sheath diameter (ONSD) and transcranial doppler (TCD) are non-invasive tools for assessing ICP. Thistopic will focus on the evidence for both ONSD and TCD for ICP, how-to perform ONSD measurement, and how to interpret ONSD and TCDs for ICP. We will also discuss clinical circumstances in which these tests are not valid.
