Real-world data can be a rich source of information supporting a wide rage of research. Adaptive and practice embedded trials can promote equity in clinical research by making trial protocols less complex and more approachable by institutions without large, robust clinical research infrastructure. With sepsis as a use case, this session explores special considerations and methods for designing adaptive and practice embedded trials.
