Dr. Julie Jaffray will discuss the rising incidence of VTE events in children, known risk factors for VTE in the pediatric population and what is currently known about biomarkers in the risk assessment of VTE. She will also discuss the development of multi-center VTE risk models with the hope of successful external multi-center validation.
