Feedback, like procedures, is a skill that should be modeled, taught, and learned. This introduction to our session will begin with our approach to giving and receiving feedback, then focus on creating a “toolkit” of strategies to provide feedback in difficult situations, all with an emphasis on evidence-based best practices.
